Swarm is an open, competitive platform for developing and benchmarking AI models that control autonomous drones. It provides a public arena where anyone can train, submit, and test drone pilot AI across diverse simulated missions, such as search and rescue, interception, and coordinated team landings. Performance is measured on a live leaderboard using thousands of procedurally generated environments, ensuring fair and transparent evaluation. Top-performing models are rewarded automatically via the Bittensor network (subnet 124). Swarm also bridges simulation and reality by supporting real-world drone hardware, offering open-source tools and guides for both AI developers and drone builders.
