Selection into Andorra’s Enlaira accelerator and visibility from Proof of Talk added institutional weight to the build. H2 targets real-world deployments, a €200,000 to €300,000 Andorra Business grant for a mountain search-and-rescue drone system, and a first pilot customer before year-end.

What’s Being Built In H2 2026

The plan for the rest of 2026 moves from foundational build into direct competition, physical robotics work, and real-world deployment.

1. Compete more directly with leading robotics labs in Europe and Bittensor’s strongest subnets. Position at the intersection of AI and robotics.

2. Physical robotics project in the Andorra lab. Demonstrates Swarm’s ability to create innovation on real robots beyond simulation and benchmarks.

3. Andorra Business grant application in progress. €200,000 to €300,000 targeted for a fully autonomous drone system for mountain search and rescue, aligned with both Andorra’s innovation priorities and SWARM’s mission.

4. SOTAPilot expansion into swarm-based coordination. Moves from single-drone piloting into multi-drone coordination for complex missions across search and rescue, interception intelligence, and coordinated autonomy. The goal is to make SOTAPilot the reference benchmark for autonomous drone piloting.

5. First real-world pilot customer targeted. Clear operational partner, measurable KPIs, and a repeatable deployment process. The objective is to prove the autonomy stack creates value outside simulation.

6. Long-term token holder protection. $SN124 sits near its all-time highs, with the team committed to navigating network updates with discipline and supporting sustainable value creation.
