Score Studio Unveiled As the Roboflow Alternative With Pre-Validated Computer Vision Models

Score Studio brings pre-validated computer vision models to SN44, combining datasets, training, deployment, and decentralized compute in one alternative to Roboflow.

Score Studio Unveiled As the Roboflow Alternative With Pre-Validated Computer Vision Models

Score (SN44) unveils Score Studio, taking aim at Roboflow’s model of paid computer vision tools. Instead of leaving users to verify models themselves, Score Studio delivers models pre-validated through SN44’s mining and validation network.

Datasets, annotation, training, and deployment run through one integrated workflow, with pricing below incumbent platforms. Users can pay in $USD or $SN44 tokens while plugging their own Bittensor inference, storage, or compute into the workflow.

What Score Studio Ships

The product covers a full pipeline from raw video to deployed model across three connected surfaces.

1. Datasets ready for production: Real field captures and open benchmarks are versioned and measurable, with an in-browser labeling queue for users who want to label their own footage. Health metrics track class balance and labeled percentage, while exports support COCO, YOLO, and VOC formats.

2. Model training: Start from subnet-winning runtimes or fine-tune detection and segmentation models on your own data. ONNX export, registered runtimes, per-epoch mAP and loss curves, and metered wallet-backed runs.

3. Immediate deployment: Reproducible evaluations, public leaderboards, and metered inference APIs that autoscale. mAP, precision, recall, F1, and confusion metrics available. Sandbox for comparing and batch testing models before pushing them live.

Two Training Paths, Two Payment Options

Once a dataset is ready, users pick from two ways to train.

1. Launch a subnet task with an alpha bounty: Distributed compute across the SN44 network handles the training, while miners compete for the reward.

2. Train it yourself on any compute: The same pipeline runs locally or remotely, regardless of the hardware available.

Payments work in either $USD or $SN44, with both processed at the subnet layer. Users can also launch a new model inquiry directly from Studio for models not yet available on the platform.

Native Integrations Across the Bittensor Stack

Score Studio ships with native integrations across five Bittensor subnets covering inference, compute, and storage.

1. Inference: Chutes (SN64), Engy (SN53)

2. Compute: GM (SN28), Lium (SN51)

3. Storage: Hippius (SN75)

Users can run fully local, fully decentralized, or a combination of both in the same product, with no lock-in or forced trade-off between control and scale.

Vision as a Commodity

Score Studio consolidates a year of subnet engineering into one product treating validated computer vision as a commodity rather than a service users have to test themselves. Roboflow’s million users still burn weeks on hand annotation and post-purchase verification.

Every workflow that runs through Score Studio monetizes at the subnet layer, feeding value back into the network that produced the models in the first place. Final touches are being applied now, with wider access rolling out shortly.
