60 Speakers, 36 Subnets, Two Stages Unveiled as Exploit Summit Nears

Just a few days remain before the Bittensor ecosystem converges on Montreal for Exploit Summit 2026, a two-day gathering of builders, researchers, subnet teams, and ecosystem leaders.

Taking place on September 28 and 29 at New City Gas, the summit brings together 60 speakers, 36 subnet teams, 50 sessions, and two stages covering AI infrastructure, decentralized compute, robotics, data, and research.

More than a conventional crypto conference, Exploit reflects Bittensor’s culture of open competition, experimentation, and challenging established ideas.

With the full programme now live, attention is turning toward the conversations that could influence the network’s next phase.

Why Exploit Summit Matters

Bittensor has grown into a diverse network of independent subnet teams competing to produce useful intelligence and infrastructure. Its ecosystem now spans confidential computing, coding agents, robotics, genomic research, drug discovery, and distributed compute.

Day Two includes a fireside discussion on enterprise readiness between Max Sebti of Score (SN44) and Jean-Thomas Ledore of PwC France. Another notable session is Research vs Revenue, featuring Marcus Graichen of Taostats and Will Squires of Macrocosmos.

The wider lineup includes Jacob ‘Const’ Steeves, Bittensor co-founder and Affine (SN120) founder, Micaela Bazo of Metanova Labs, Steffen Cruz of Macrocosmos, and other subnet builders.

The programme will also feature live demonstrations around liquid training and Darwinian drug discovery, alongside discussions covering protocol performance, subnet ownership, legal structures, and AI sovereignty.

The summit extends beyond the two conference days with several community events. A Drinks and Community Quiz Night takes place on September 27 at Nomad TV Studios, followed by Bittensor After Dark after Day One.
