Babelbit (SN59) announced its first reseller partnership with Line 21, a UK-based live captioning agency operating across 100+ languages.
The first commercial prototype under the partnership is already underway: a 24/7 Spanish-to-English voice dubbing solution for a Spanish news channel.
Rather than building a services organization internally, Babelbit is partnering with specialist resellers who bring deep industry and customer-segment expertise. Line 21 is the first, with more expected to follow.
What Line 21 Brings
Line 21 combines accredited human captioners with AI agents to deliver real-time captions for events, streams, and stages worldwide.

1. Human Live Captions: Verbatim captioners transcribing speech in real time.
2. Speech Recognition: Multiple AI engines tuned with unique glossaries across 100+ languages.
3. AI Proofreader: Post-caption polishing that catches errors before they reach audiences.
4. RTMP (Real-Time Messaging Protocol) Caption Encoding. Encoding captions into RTMP streaming via 608 and 708 protocols.
5. Translations: AI-powered translation across 100+ languages.
6. Playback, HLS (HTTP Live Streaming) Streaming, Integrations, and Post Production: Full pipeline from ingestion to delivery across venues, devices, and platforms.
Line 21 already sells captioning and translation into live event, broadcast, and streaming markets. Babelbit’s voice dubbing extends that stack into a category Line 21’s customers already have demand for, without Line 21 having to build the underlying AI infrastructure.
Where This Goes Next
The Spanish news channel prototype is the first commercial deployment of the Babelbit stack through a reseller, and the results will shape how the partnership scales. Babelbit is positioned as the underlying technology layer while resellers own the customer relationships and industry expertise.
Line 21 is the first partner, with more expected to follow. For a subnet focused on voice AI infrastructure, this is the moment go-to-market moves from theoretical to executed.
