EveryFrame (SN117) Wants to Bring the Entire AI Filmmaking Process Into One Studio

EveryFrame is building an all-in-one AI filmmaking studio combining video, image, audio, and editing tools with competitive miner-based serving.

EveryFrame (SN117) Wants to Bring the Entire AI Filmmaking Process Into One Studio

Creating an AI film often means switching between different platforms to generate videos, produce images, create voiceovers, and edit the final result.

EveryFrame (SN117) wants to bring that entire process into one workspace, giving creators access to leading AI models and production tools through a single credit balance.

And behind the platform is a Bittensor-powered marketplace where independent miners compete to serve generation requests, with the goal of making AI content production more affordable.

EveryFrame is building toward a complete script-to-screen environment where creators can develop ideas, generate scenes, edit footage, add sound, and produce finished films.

Its Studio already supports models such as MiniMax, Seedance, Google Veo, Kling, and image-generation tools, alongside audio services including ElevenLabs.

Models supported by EveryFrame

Users can select models, review generation costs, and manage their creative assets without maintaining separate accounts with each AI provider.

From AI Generation to Complete Film Production

EveryFrame goes beyond generating individual clips. Its Director tools let users change video backgrounds, replace people, adjust lighting, add sound, lip-sync dialogue, and upscale footage.

Its Cinema Studio supports screenplay imports, character and location references, storyboarding, shot planning, timeline editing, and video export.

For example, a creator can import a screenplay, develop consistent characters and locations, generate individual shots, add voiceovers and sound effects, and assemble the results into a film.

EveryFrame also provides a separate developer API, allowing businesses and developers to access generation models programmatically.

How Bittensor Powers EveryFrame

EveryFrame uses Bittensor Subnet 117 to introduce competition into how AI generation requests are served.

When a user requests a video, the subnet’s coordinator can assign the job to an eligible miner offering a competitive price. That miner uses its account with an existing AI provider, such as Fal, OpenRouter, or ElevenLabs, to complete the request.

The models still run on the original providers’ infrastructure. Miners do not need to train models or own GPUs. They operate lightweight cloud workers through Phala Cloud, with each worker running inside a Trusted Execution Environment (TEE).

The worker produces a signed receipt connecting the original request, selected model, and generated output. EveryFrame verifies that evidence, while validators use reviewed job records to calculate miner reward weights.

This helps establish which approved worker handled a request and whether the returned output matches the recorded job.

Miners compete by offering discounts against the subnet’s reference reward rates, creating a potential route to lower serving costs.

How EveryFrame Differs From Existing Platforms

EveryFrame enters a market with established competitors. Fal already provides access to numerous video, image, and audio models through APIs with published usage prices. Higgsfield combines multiple AI models, cinematic controls, editing tools, and subscription plans in a unified creative environment.

This means model aggregation, shared credits, and integrated editing are not entirely new. EveryFrame’s main distinction is the Bittensor marketplace underneath its creative platform.

Instead of relying exclusively on a centrally managed serving operation, EveryFrame allows independent miners to compete for eligible jobs through a common set of execution and verification rules. The platform can use existing frontier models without needing to develop comparable models itself.

The proposed economic advantage is that competition between miners could reduce serving costs and eventually lower customer prices. However, EveryFrame’s documentation acknowledges that miner discounts do not yet automatically reduce Studio credit charges. Its long-term price advantage will therefore depend on how effectively those savings reach customers.

How EveryFrame Plans to Make Money

EveryFrame’s primary commercial model is selling access to AI generation and production tools.

Its published subscription plans include Creator at $9.99 monthly, Pro at $69.99, and Studio at $199.99, with larger monthly credit allocations at higher tiers. A free tier, credit top-ups, and payments using TAO and other cryptocurrencies provide additional options.

The developer API creates another revenue channel through pay-per-render usage. Developers fund a separate USD balance, allowing businesses to integrate EveryFrame’s generation services into their applications without purchasing Studio subscriptions.

What Comes Next?

EveryFrame’s subnet began serving verified mainnet jobs on September 28, 2026, and public miner onboarding is available through its open-source mining software.

The roadmap prioritizes expanding supported models, strengthening the miner network, bringing more Studio workloads onto the subnet, and extending developer access. Desktop and mobile applications are also planned, while the larger creative vision includes a more complete production and distribution ecosystem.

EveryFrame’s opportunity is to combine a useful creative product with an open market for delivering its underlying AI services. If independent miners can consistently serve more models at competitive costs, the platform could offer creators a complete production environment with transparent pricing and verifiable execution.

Its next challenge is demonstrating that this architecture can support reliable generation, meaningful customer savings, and a sustainable business.
