Ditto (SN118) is opening a partner program that allows consultants, agencies, freelancers, and other professionals to build businesses around its AI technology. Partners can introduce Ditto to businesses, earn a share of their setup fees, and receive recurring commissions from monthly retainers.
The move comes shortly after Ditto announced its first business client, described as a multi-six-figure company. It marks an expansion of Ditto’s commercial strategy, adding custom AI systems for businesses to its existing AI memory app for individual users.
How Ditto’s Partner Program Works

Ditto’s business offering helps companies connect their emails, documents, applications, and internal information into a shared AI workspace. AI agents can then use that information to handle tasks such as customer enquiries, sales follow-ups, invoicing, and reporting, subject to approval and access controls.
Through the new partner program, individuals and businesses can offer these solutions to their existing clients without developing the underlying technology themselves. Ditto handles the custom implementation, while partners help bring in customers and maintain those relationships.
Partners earn a portion of the initial setup fee and a share of the monthly retainer for as long as their referred clients remain customers. The program also includes different partner levels, allowing participants who bring in more clients to unlock additional privileges and discounts.
Notably, partners can offer Ditto under their own brands, creating an opportunity to build an independent AI services business on top of its infrastructure. Exact commission percentages have not been publicly disclosed and will be agreed upon individually.
Turning Distribution Into a Growth Strategy

The approach gives Ditto access to business customers through people they already trust. Accountants, IT providers, consultants, and agencies can introduce Ditto to their clients, removing some of the burden of finding every customer directly.
It also creates an incentive for partners to keep bringing in and supporting customers, since their earnings can continue beyond the initial sale.
For Ditto, this could become an important distribution channel as it expands beyond individual AI users. Instead of relying entirely on its internal sales efforts, the subnet can build a network of partners financially motivated to take its product to more businesses.
The commercial opportunity also connects to Ditto’s token economics. The team says 50% of its profits are allocated to buying back and burning SN118 alpha tokens. More paying customers could therefore support additional buybacks, provided the business generates profits.
Ditto is initially targeting owner-led businesses with roughly 5 to 30 employees, particularly those struggling with disconnected applications and repetitive administrative work.
