RESI, the Bittensor Subnet 46 project formerly known as RESI Labs, has officially rebranded to Zipcode Network (@zipcodenetwork). Announced over the past 24 hours, the transition includes a new X handle, an updated display name (“Zipcode (prev: RESI)”), and a refreshed website at zipcode.ai, with the legacy resilabs.ai domain now redirecting to the new brand.
The rebrand signals a broader ambition: transforming from a niche real estate data intelligence subnet into a full-stack decentralized platform for property pricing, on-chain finance, and real estate tokenization.
The Real Estate Oracle
At the core of the network is an institutional-grade Property Pricing API, branded as “The Real Estate Oracle.” Already live in production, it delivers:
- Sub-second valuations at $0.001 per query
- 98.53% accuracy from top-performing models, outperforming legacy APIs and human appraisers on speed, cost, and coverage
- Analysis of millions of properties through a decentralized network of AI models hosted on Chutes and accelerated by NVIDIA

Why the Rebrand
Founder Seby Rubino (Sebyverse) and the team emphasized that the new name better reflects the project’s mainstream potential in the multi-trillion-dollar U.S. real estate market, where on-chain adoption currently sits below 0.5% despite enormous home equity reserves.
Community reaction has been overwhelmingly positive, with many noting that the rebrand makes the vision far more approachable, while the underlying technology and subnet (still SN46) remain unchanged.

Zipcode Network joins a growing list of Bittensor subnets bridging decentralized AI with real-world assets (RWAs), positioning itself as a key infrastructure layer across PropTech, DeFi lending, and tokenized real estate.
