Bitsec (SN60), a Bittensor subnet focused on AI-powered cybersecurity, has launched Sentios badges that allow projects to publicly show that their code is undergoing continuous security reviews.
The badges can be displayed on GitHub repositories, websites, wallets, and dashboards.

Each badge links to the Sentios Active Projects, where visitors can see projects receiving security coverage. This gives users and investors a way to verify that a project’s code is being regularly examined for vulnerabilities.

Sentios is Bitsec’s AI-powered security service, which uses competing AI agents to identify vulnerabilities in software code. Unlike traditional audits that examine code at a particular point in time, Sentios provides ongoing reviews as developers introduce new features and updates.

The service covers smart contracts, mobile applications, browser extensions, general software, and Bittensor subnet incentive mechanisms. Miners on SN60 are rewarded for developing AI agents that can effectively identify security weaknesses.
Bitsec describes the badge as a form of “Proof of Spend,” showing that monetary resources have already been invested in finding vulnerabilities. With AI making it easier for attackers to search for exploits, Bitsec believes visible security coverage could discourage some attackers by making their searches more costly.
For users and investors, the badge also serves as a trust signal, showing that a project is investing in continuous security reviews. The launch makes Bitsec’s continuous security coverage more visible and highlights a practical cybersecurity application of Bittensor’s AI network.
