Yanez (SN54) has announced a partnership with a US-based Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) sponsor bank, opening the door to more fintech customers and new revenue opportunities. The deal has already brought Yanez its first paying fintech client through the bank.
Yanez (SN54) is a Bittensor-powered security platform that helps businesses detect deepfakes, fake identities, and other forms of AI-driven fraud. Its technology is particularly useful for financial companies that need to verify customers and protect their systems against fraud.

A sponsor bank is a regulated bank that allows fintech companies to offer services like payments, money transfers, and bank accounts. Through this partnership, Yanez will help test the security systems used by fintech companies working with the bank. This means one bank partnership could bring Yanez many paying customers, making the deal particularly valuable for its growth.
The partnership has already secured its first paying customer, a mobile money transfer app that serves users in several Western countries and supports payments to destinations in Africa and South Asia. Although the bank’s name remains confidential, Yanez plans to build similar relationships with other sponsor banks to reach even more fintech businesses.
Yuma Group also highlighted the announcement as an important step for Bittensor’s adoption in the financial sector. For Yanez, the opportunity goes beyond its first customer. Each new bank partnership could introduce its technology to several more financial companies, creating a growing source of business and revenue.
