On June 2β3, 2026, the gilded halls of the Louvre Palace will once again play host to Proof of Talk, and for the second consecutive year, Bittensor will have a dedicated track at the center of it.
The conference draws roughly 2,500 attendees, a crowd that organizers say is more than 85% C-suite executives, founders, and capital allocators, with combined assets under management approaching $18 trillion. For a protocol still working to translate technical credibility into institutional adoption, that audience is overwhelmingly attractive.
What Last Year Proved

The 2025 edition marked the debut of an official Bittensor Track, and it punched above its weight. Co-founders Jacob Steeves (@const_reborn) and Ala Shaabana (@shibshib89) appeared together publicly for the first time in the format. Barry Silbert and the Yuma Group unveiled institutional products built around subnet tokens. Crucible Labs introduced smart allocators. Const used the stage to announce the launch of Affine (SN120) in real time.
The closing session, an onsite Novelty Search featuring @WSquires, Const, Ala, and Mog (@mogmachine) aired a live demonstration of decentralized LLM training on IOTA (Subnet 9).
A year on, impacts made in the Hall des MarΓ©chaux are still being referenced across the wider crypto ecosystem. Whatever the marketing copy promised, the substance held up.
This Year’s Lineup: Capital, Compute, and Real Applications

The 2026 track is broader and noticeably more applied. Returning ecosystem figures are joined by founders working at the edges of biotech, vision AI, deepfake detection, and confidential compute.
Confirmed Bittensor speakers include:
- Ala Shaabana: Co-Founder, Bittensor
- Jacob Steeves: Co-Founder, Bittensor
- Marcus Graichen: Founder of taostats; co-founder, Hippius
- Sami Kassab (@Old_Samster): Founder & Managing Partner, Unsupervised Capital, a Bittensor-focused liquid token fund
- Julien Du Bois (@mast3rdubs): Co-Founder, Hippius, building decentralized infrastructure for AI
- Robert Myers (@0xcarro): Founder of Manifold Labs / Targon, working on confidential compute and TargonOS, fresh off a recent Intel collaboration
Other confirmed speakers:
- Jose Rios (@SiliconJose), founder of BT Labs, brings 25-plus years of Intel experience across AI, datacenters, and chip design, including leadership of Intel’s first Bitcoin mining silicon. His remit is the bridge between hardware and decentralized systems.
- Micaela Bazo (@micaelabazo), CEO and co-founder of Metanova Labs, leads work on NOVA (Subnet 68), a decentralized drug discovery platform combining ML competitions with human expertise.
- Max Sebti (@MaxScore), co-founder and CEO of Score, is building Manako, a no-code Vision AI agent platform that recently struck an enterprise partnership with PwC France.
- Ken Jon Miyachi (@kenjon), founder of BitMind, is focused on decentralized deepfake detection and verification infrastructure, with prior stops at the NEAR Foundation and Amazon.
- Mark Jeffrey (@markjeffrey), partner at Stillcore Capital, runs a Bittensor-focused hedge fund targeting roughly 1% of TAO supply alongside subnet alpha exposure. An early Bitcoin adopter, he authored Bitcoin Explained Simply and The Case for Bitcoin.
More names are still being added on a rolling basis.
The track’s stated theme, “Open source gave everyone the code. Bittensor gives everyone a reason to write it”, is more than a slogan. It frames the programming, which spans subnet tokenomics, infrastructure layers, enterprise adoption, institutional product design, and the next phase of Dynamic TAO and incentive engineering.
The Partner Stack Is the Story

Another point worth highlighting is who’s helping shape the track itself. Exploit Summit comes in as Platinum Partner; Bitstarter as Gold Sponsor; Hippius & Vidaio as Silver Sponsor; with Taostats also rounding out the partner roster.
Each partner is co-creating programming and bringing their own communities into the room. Bitstarter, for instance, is hosting Proof of Pitch, billed as the first-ever in-person live subnet crowdfunding event.
What’s at Stake
Strip away the venue and the headcount, and three concrete outcomes are likely to define how Bittensor builders evaluate the trip.
Capital access. With $18 trillion in AUM represented and a guest list weighted toward allocators and founders, the room is engineered for decision-making. Treasury vehicles, funds, and family offices get direct lines to subnet teams. Last year’s results demonstrated the format converts; this year’s expanded programming and live Proof of Pitch crowdfunding push it further.
Narrative positioning. Proof of Talk has, so far, stayed ahead of the broader Web3 conference circuit on decentralized AI. For Bittensor, presence at the Louvre continues to position the protocol as a serious, production-ready alternative to centralized AI in front of global media and capital. The flywheel of talent, capital, and builders accelerates each cycle.
Tickets and Practicalities
Allocations are filling fast; previous editions sold out well in advance. Passes are available at tickets.proofoftalk.io/passes.
Current options:
- VIP Black Pass: β¬5,499 + VAT (application-based; limited remaining; includes speaker and investor dinners, pre-scheduled 1:1s, concierge service, Proof of Pitch access, and the closing party)
- Startup / Builder Pass: β¬999 + VAT (application-based, reviewed weekly; full access plus masterclasses and F&B)
- Press Pass: Complimentary (accredited media only)
Proof of Talk is offering the official code TAO for 30% off across passes. For Startup and VIP applications, earlier is better; both are subject to approval and have limited remaining allocations.
The Louvre Awaits You
A month from now, Bittensor builders, validators, miners, and investors will have a rare window: access to one of the most curated rooms in Web3, populated by the people positioned to fund, scale, and legitimize decentralized intelligence at the next level.
Last year’s track established the format. This year’s expanded program, deeper speaker bench, live crowdfunding moments, and tighter partner integration suggest something larger is taking shape: the maturation of Bittensor from niche protocol into an institutional-grade asset class with the relationships to back it.
