Some episodes of Revenue Search entertain. And then there are those that shift the entire ecosystem.

Frank Rizzo’s appearance clearly belongs to the second category.

In just one session, he unveiled two major initiatives, each one already ambitious on its own, that, combined, could fundamentally reshape the economics of Bittensor:

  • Subnet 45 × Talisman: an AI-powered wallet capable of understanding, analyzing, and acting.
  • A $300M Digital Asset Treasury (DAT): a NASDAQ-listed structure to absorb sell pressure, provide sustainable financing to subnets, and bring external capital into the system.

SN45 is not just a subnet. It is the central piece of a much larger vision: DeFAI, a new class of tools and infrastructure where AI, finance, and subnets converge.

Here’s what Rizzo is really building, and why it could redefine Bittensor’s future.

1. The Problem Every Subnet Faces (But Rarely Says Out Loud)

Every builder knows this, even if they don’t say it publicly: running a subnet means dealing with constant pressure.

  • Paying developers
  • Maintaining infrastructure
  • Funding marketing
  • Releasing updates
  • Running events
  • Managing validation
  • Communicating non-stop

And all that with generally one liquid resource: your subnet’s alpha.

You already know the rest:

  • you need to sell your own token to survive
  • you destroy your chart
  • your net TAO inflow collapses
  • TFlow punishes you even more
  • delegators lose confidence
  • you must sell even more

The classic death spiral.

Rizzo saw the issue early. He understood that a subnet cannot survive, let alone grow, if its founder must dump their own token just to pay OPEX.

And that’s where this two-part vision begins.

2. SN45 × Talisman: The Wallet That Thinks, Analyses, and Executes

Talisman is already a heavyweight:

  • ~$2B in AUM
  • 155,000+ active wallets
  • A trusted non-custodial model
  • iOS and Ledger support coming soon

Rizzo’s idea:

Turn Talisman into the first “intelligent” Web3 wallet, powered by SN45.

How?

By injecting a new AI layer directly into the wallet, fully built by Subnet 45.

SN45 collects → analyzes → structures → transforms → outputs actionable signal.

SN45’s miners leverage:

  • Subnet 64 to run Qwen-based models
  • Subnet 13 (Data Universe) to scrape and label social data (X/Twitter, soon Discord, and more)

Instead of raw noise, SN45 produces a structured, intelligent dataset enriched with:

  • sentiment
  • relevance
  • announcement type
  • category
  • influence weighting
  • context

Then the AI extracts true financial signal:

  • trends
  • anomalies
  • buy/sell pressure patterns
  • correlations
  • impacts of announcements

And this is just layer one.

3. Automated Strategies… All the Way to Voice-Triggered Orders

Inside Talisman, SN45 becomes a real execution engine:

→ Basic strategies

  • DCA
  • Take-profit
  • Stop-loss
  • Intelligent swaps

→ Advanced trigger logic (the real game changer)

For example:

“If Subnet 64 announces a partnership, invest 25% of my TAO. If price goes up 30%, sell half.”

Or:

“Find subnets with: – positive net TAO inflow over 5 days – liquidity under 2,000 TAO – sufficient volume – bullish sentiment Then automatically allocate X TAO across them.”

→ Natural-language voice commands

“Talisman, if SN3 ships a major upgrade, take a position.” “Talisman, show me which subnets are surviving TFlow.” “Talisman, copy-trade this cold key.”

Execution happens through smart contracts, Uniswap/Jupiter-style. Your tokens remain secure, never exposed in a “hot” permission channel.

4. The Economic Model: A Simple, Powerful Flywheel

Talisman earns revenue from:

  • trading fees
  • advanced AI-powered features
  • future premium utilities

Subnet 45 receives:

  • a percentage of revenue generated by these AI tools
  • a share of Talisman’s trading fees, used for → a monthly buy & burn of SN45
  • direct revenue from the signals and tooling it builds

The flywheel is obvious:

More users on Talisman → more trades → more fees → more buy & burn → stronger SN45 token → more attention and inflow → stronger Talisman adoption.

It’s clean, logical, and compounding.

5. The $300M DAT: Absorbing Sell Pressure & Injecting Capital

Here comes the second bombshell, and it’s massive.

The Digital Asset Treasury built with DNA Fund aims to:

Create a NASDAQ-listed vehicle that accumulates TAO and alpha tokens, gives subnets real liquidity, and brings external capital into Bittensor.

How it works for subnet owners:

  1. You contribute a portion of your alpha tokens to the DAT.
  2. In exchange, you receive equivalent value in shares of the public company.
  3. Your tokens are locked 3–5 years (you keep voting rights).
  4. You gain monthly liquidity via share vesting.
  5. Your chart stays intact.
  6. Your net TAO inflow remains healthy.
  7. You no longer need to self-dump to survive.

Rizzo’s goal:

  • ~$50M in contributed alpha
  • ~$250M in external capital (VCs, institutions, family offices, retail starting at $5,000)

DNA Fund already closed a $350M DAT in another sector, so this is not theory. This is execution.

6. The Bittensor “Avengers”: A Strategic Committee

To guide the DAT’s capital allocation, Rizzo assembled an advisory board of OGs:

  • Roundtable 21
  • SN8 (Arash)
  • SN5
  • Keith
  • Bitensor Guru
  • Sam (Templar)
  • Carl (Manifold)
  • Michael White
  • Other major names soon to be announced

Their mission:

  • Define which subnets are investable
  • Decide how to allocate the treasury across TAO, dTAO, and alpha
  • Ensure capital goes to builders with real traction and long-term potential

SN45 naturally becomes part of the DAT’s operational core, alongside:

  • Subnet 20 (ML competitions and R&D)
  • The Rizzo validator (high-yield staking engine)
  • Subnet 45 (AI, signals, revenue)

SN45 therefore becomes simultaneously:

  • a product
  • a revenue stream
  • a growing asset
  • a strategic long-term position in the treasury

7. Why SN45 Is Truly “At the Center of the Game”

Because SN45 meets the three survival criteria for Bittensor in 2025:

1. A strong external partner: Talisman

Not a ghost team. A real company with traction and users.

2. A real use case: AI applied to on-chain finance

Not decorative AI. Execution AI.

3. A clear economic flywheel: revenue → burn → adoption → revenue

Strengthened by the upcoming DAT.

SN45 isn’t just another subnet. It’s a multiplicative force:

  • for Talisman
  • for users
  • for the DAT
  • for subnets needing liquidity
  • for the DeFAI movement

Rizzo isn’t building a product. He’s building a capital + AI + wallet + infrastructure ecosystem.

Conclusion: A Turning Point for Bittensor

A lot was said during this episode of Revenue Search. Yet from the very first minutes, one impression dominates: Frank (Rizzo) speaks with a rare level of clarity and mastery. This session made me even more convinced of the strength of the RIZZO × Talisman × DNA Fund synergy, and it’s obvious the community feels the same.

Across several discussion groups, I saw a wave of questions, a sign that this initiative hits a strategic nerve inside the Bittensor ecosystem. We’re talking liquidity, subnet survival, and the long-awaited bridge between TradFi and DeFAI. No wonder it sparked reactions.

Frank, if you read this: I’d love to invite you to a private AMA with a small, high-caliber group I hold in high regard. I’m convinced the exchange would be extremely valuable, both for the community and for advancing understanding of SN45 and the future of DeFAI.
