How to keep track of TAO and alpha emissions for tax compliance?

Could you please share some approaches on how one can keep track of all the emissions received for root and alpha staking? How often are rewards paid out? Which tools do you use to create reports to be compliant with taxation laws? What granularity is generally accepted (daily sum or every emission cycle), especially if rewards need to be priced in fiat value (alpha -> tao (-> usd) -> eur). That’s one hurdle stopping me from getting into subnets currently. Would be great if you could touch this aspect of investing at some point. Thanks!
