August 26, 2025 — Novelty Search series will host a livestream discussion this week on decentralized AI training within the Bittensor ecosystem. The discussion will highlight key subnets pioneering distributed compute infrastructure.
The session, featuring insights from @DistStateAndMe and hosted by @const_reborn, will receive participation from:
Subnet 3: Templar — enabling decentralized, incentivized AI training across global compute resources, designed to maximize scalability, privacy, and collaboration.
Subnet 39: Basilica — a trust-minimized GPU layer powering permissionless access to compute.
Subnet 81: Grail — focused on incentivized distributed training of large-scale AI models using a global GPU network.
The conversation aims to highlight how Bittensor subnets are creating a marketplace for decentralized training, offering alternatives to centralized AI infrastructure providers.
The livestream will be broadcast on X via @opentensor at 10 PM GMT on Thursday 28th August, with community members also able to join the discussion through the official Bittensor Discord.
